Would be happy to recommend for a quick break.
Clean room, comfortable beds, spacious area for breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, and the hotel offers excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi and ample parking, making it ideal for exploring the surroundings.
Nothing all excellent.

We were very disappointed with the lack of attention during a serious issue. multiple vehicles were broken into and nothing seemed to be done. The staff member on the third shift could have been more proactive in patrolling the area or monitoring the cameras. This oversight made us feel insecure, and we couldn't enjoy our stay as much as we had hoped.

stay less enjoyable. While the room itself was nice and the location convenient, the noise and paint smell were bothersome. Breakfast was adequate but crowded due to limited seating.

the holiday inn express in hurricane mills was an absoluteley mediocre experience. the room next to the exit had people coming in and out all night, making it impossible to rest. woudl ve been nice if they just checked on the property more often instead of letting multiple vehicles get broken into. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Recommend it for bikers needing a pit stop
The breakfast was a standout, they had bacon and fresh Cinnabon rolls which is a rarity! I encountered this pleasant young guy at the front desk who not only checked me in quickly but also, when I struggled with a vending machine, he pulled out cash from his own pocket to help me out! You just don’t see that kind of service anymore.
Sure, it was a bit pricey, but the comforts made it acceptable.

I stayed in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean and had that fresh scent when you walked in. Beds were super comfortable, and we had enough space for the three of us. Only downside was the paint smell from renovations—made it kind of hard to relax. Overall, the room did its job after a long day on the road.
